How many points do I get when placing an order?

You will be rewarded for every £1 spent excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. For every £1 you spend with Loft Leaf, you'll earn 10 points. Then, once you've built up 200 points you'll get a £1 off your next order. That means for every £20 spent, you'll get £1 off.



Can I check how many points I have?

Simply open the Loft Leaf Rewards pop-up to find out how many points you've built up.



How do I spend my points?

To turn points into a reward, you'll need to log into your account on our site, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name. If you've got enough points there will be a Redeem button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout. To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you'd like to spend, then click Redeem. Please note, once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you've decided to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used.



How do I refer a friend?

Once you've registered for Loft Leaf Rewards, open the rewards panel by clicking the pink piggy bank button. You can refer a friend by sharing your custom referral link (URL).



What's the best way to share my link?

With Loft Leaf Rewars, we would encourage you share your referral link directly from within the rewards panel. The default the sharing options are Facebook, Twitter, and email. If you'd rather send the link via another channel, such as iMessage or WhatsApp, just copy and paste your referral link to existing chats.



What if my friend has shopped with Loft Leaf before?

If your friend has checked out as a guest, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.



How does my friend use their referral reward?

When your friend clicks your referral link and enters their email, they'll get their reward. They will then have the ability to click 'Apply Code' which applys the code to their shopping cart, giving them £5 off. If your friend makes a purchase, you'll get £5 to say thank you.
