Mental Health Awareness Week

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, this year's Mental Health Awareness Week takes place May 10th - 16th, and this year's theme is 'Nature'.

The week is an opportunity for us all to talk about various aspects of mental health, and how nature, or in our case plants, have helped over the past year.

 

As part of our plans to raise awareness, we’re going to be doing our best to keep you entertained and busy, which we hope will help spark conversations with friends and family.

 

If that wasn't enough, we're raising money for the Mental Health Foundation by donating £1 for every order made between the 10th - 16th May.

How can plants benefit my mental health?

Mood & stress

It's been found that plant care suppresses sympathetic nervous system activity and promotes relaxed and natural feelings.

We all find it hard to pause or switch off, but plant care is the perfect opportunity to help you escape.
